Valuation of agricultural land fund through the agricultural comparative number is founded on the land productivity on ground of cost-profit relation, expressed in point scale of 6-100. In the further procedure relations are modified through the indicators which restrict land use and the indicators with influence on the economies of agricultural enterprises. Agricultural comparative number (ACN) has been used first of all as the basis for subsidy system in agriculture. The system will be created in two steps, when the first step will be rating ACN on the level of the cadaster or municipality and the second step will be using it as basis for acknowledgement of subsidies on the level of enterprises.
