[Influence of saturated and unsaturated dietary fatty acids on performance and reproduction traits in laying hens]

German. In Fuetterungsversuchen mit Legehennen, Zuchthennen und Masthuehnern wurde der Einfluss des Fettsaeuremusters und -gehaltes im Futter auf Leistungs- und Reproduktionsmerkmale geprueft. Als Supplement dienten pflanzliche Oele und Fette mit unterschiedlicher Fettsaeurenzusammensetzung (Mais-, Soja-, Distel-, Leinoel, Palm-, Kokosfett). Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Supplementierung fuer Legehybriden mit Linolsaeure ueber die empfohlene Menge von mind. 10 g pro kg Futter sowohl am Legebeginn als auch waehrend der gesamten Legeperioden zu keiner gesicherten Verbesserung der Leistung fuehrt. Die fuer Zuchthennen empfohlene Menge von 10-15 g Linolsaeure pro kg Futter ist auch fuer Zuchthennen des Masttyps ausreichend. Bei wesentlicher Ueberschreitung verringert sich die Einlagerung weiterer mehrfach ungesaettigter Fettsaeuren im Bruteidotter, die fuer die embryonale und postnatale Entwicklung essentiell sind. Darueber hinaus zeigten die Versuche mit Masthuehnern, dass im Futter ein Oelsaeuregehalt von 15 g pro kg Futter zu sichern ist. Das Fettsaeuremuster des Hennenfutters spiegelt sich in den Triacylglyceriden und Phospholipiden des Eidotters wieder. Sowohl bei Legehybriden als auch bei Broilern verringert sich die Verwertung der Linolsaeure bei Gaben ueber 2 g pro Tier und Tag. Der Cholesteringehalt im Eidotter wird durch steigende Mengen an Oel- und Linolsaeure im Masthuhnfutter nicht beeinflusst. Steigende Oel- oder Linolsaeuregehalte im Futter blieben ohne Einfluss auf die genetische determinierte embryonale Kuekenentwicklung. Eine steigende Linolsaeureaufnahme und eine verstaerkte Aufnahme ins Dotterfett erniedrigte die Gehalte an Docosahexaensaeure in den Phospholipiden. Ein verringerter Gehalt an Docosahexaensaeure im Dotterfett reduzierte den Gehalt der Fettsaeure in den Gehirnphospholipiden bei frischgeschluepften und 5 Tage alten Kueken. Im Vergleich zu Bruteiern die mit Oelsaeure angereichert waren, verringerte besonders bei weiblichen Broilern ein hoher Linolsaeuregehalt im Eidotter die Mastendgewichte.
