The year featured the continued thrust in Farming System Research and Development and a re-affirmation of longstanding goals and relationships. Achievements were described under the following headings: corn/pigeon pea intercropping system; corn/sweet potato production system; onion improved cultural practices; tannia production system and; sheep and goat production.
