This paper is concentrated on analysis of influence of farmers' household incomes on consumption and purchase of meat and meat products. The influence is determined by Engel's model of gross and net demand. Time factor is added into the econometric demand model, because data are in time series. Linear regression is used for creation of demand models. Values of coefficients of determination for created models are 0.733 and 0.786. The demand models are very significant. The analyses of models resulted in finding that the net demand for the given good is unitary elastic in average, in the observed period. In the same period the gross form demand of this type is inelastic in average. The results prove that this food product belongs to the necessary goods in the folloved category of households.
