Specific moisture contents of forty seed samples were measured at a changing relative air humidity in the chamber in intervals of approx 6 h so as to find the relationship of changes of specific moisture content (u) and of exposition time (tau) at constant temperatures and consequently the changes of sorption isotherms u = f (phi).
