Results of testing two-roller grain mill were presented. There were studied the effects of grain moisture content on specific energy consumption, flake thickness, weighted geometrical average size of the particles an on the content of dusty fraction in ground material. It was found that all investigated parameters were strongly dependent on the moisture content of grain
