Basic physical properties of lupine seeds were studied. Following lupine cultivars were examined: angustifoliate Emir cv., yellow Juno cv. and white Bardo cv. Seed dimensions (length, width, thickness), weight of single seed, specific weight, bulk density, friction coefficient and the coefficient of kinetic energy restitution were determined for seed moisture content range 10-25%. The relationships between particular properties and seed m.c. were presented by statistically significant regression equations to be applied in mathematical modelling of working processes. Increasing seed m.c. increased their dimensions, weight of single seed and internal friction coefficient, whereas decreased the specific weight, bulk density and coefficient of kinetic energy restitution
