Phytosanitary analysis of cereal grain proves to be an essential factor as to its quality. If the qualitative and quantitative compositions of seed-borne fungi and their growth requirements are known, it is easy to reduce the incidence and spreading of the fungi as well as liming their negative effect on the technological value of the grain. Alternaria alternata, fungi of genera Aspergillus and Penicillium are seen as essential quality factors of the storage cereal grain
