In years 1986-99 together 448 faecal samples of singing and exotic birds from 14 departments of Polish Breeders of Canaries and Exotic Birds Association, ZOO and selected zoological shops in Wroclaw were examined. Parasites which were founded at birds: coccidia (Isospora sp., Eimeria sp.) and nematodes (Ascaridia sp., Capillaria sp.). By chance red mite (Dermanyssus gallinae) was observed, too
