Legal aspects of aquaculture in Italy
1999
Panunzio, P. (Istituto Centrale per la Ricerca Applicata al Mare (ICRAM), Roma (Italy)) | Iandoli, C.
Aquaculture in Italy is not as important as it could be. The reasons have to be found in the several gaps and existing unsystematic legislation. In fact the rules and the relating applications of the competent authorities is one main problems of the aquaculture development in Italy. Only a specific normative and a reduction of bureaucracy will be able to increase the actual aquaculture production.
