The aim of the study was to evaluate the slaughter output of 64 lambs coming, in equal numbers, from Polish Merino breed and Polish Merino and Black face crossbred. The group of investigated animals, 32 rams and 32 ewes, was divided into four weight subgroups: I with average weight of 14 kg and respectively II - 22 kg, III - 30 kg, IV - 38 kg. During the experiment the mass of pluck of individual animals was measured. On the base of the results it was stated that: - lungs, heart and liver, weighted together, constituted 4.6-5.6 percentage of an animal body mass in group I and respectively 4.5-5.3 percentage in group IV, - the share of empty alimentary tract mass in the whole body mass was significantly higher in younger lambs than in older ones reaching 6.0-8.5 percentage in the first group and 5.3-6.5 percentage in the fourth group. The comparison of abdominal fat mass with the whole body mass resulted in values 1.3-1.6 percentage in group I and 1.5-2.2 percentage in group IV, - the proportion of exterior carcass lenght to the lenght of intestines ranged from 1:44 in group I to 1:40, 1:45 in group IV
