Quality of cut oriental lily flowers as influenced by date of forcing

Eight cultivars of oriental lilies were compared: 'Devotion', 'Pink Mero Star', 'Marco Polo', 'Muscadet', 'Star Gazer', 'Pompei', 'White Mero Star' and 'Acapulco'. The measured parameters: lenght of cut flowers, number of flower buds and leaves on stem and the number of days of forcing were strongly influenced by cultivar and date of forcing
