Weed communities on cereal fields in the Skalbimierz region (Proszowicki Upland, Southern Poland)

The aim of this paper is to describe weed communities of cereal fields on conventional and ecological farms in the Skalibimierz region. The investigations were carried out in June, 23-24, 2000 with use of the phytosociological (Braun-Blanquet's) method. The dates from field analysis were performed with DCA programme. In the ecological farms fields the mean cover of weeds was lower and varied to a lesser degree, and the mean number of weeds species per record was higher
