Specific leaf area (SPL) of winter wheat in var. Almari

The study was conducted to evaluate the SPL on the main shoot, under different nitrogen, crop rotation and irrigation field conditions. It was found that the studied factors did not have any effect on the SPL. Specific leaf area varied during the research period. Linear regressions describe the relationship between leaf areas and leaf dry matter in reserach years and periods - from the beginning of vegetation to the earing and from anthesis until the end of vegetation
