Based on cooperation between research establishments and industry, this structure is suited to finding effective solutions to even the most difficult research problems. the projects already carried out demonstrate that the research and development structures are resilient and can be used to carry out projects efficiently and competitively. Its material and human resources are put to the best possible use, application of thiese structures in future promises to speed up progress, including that in food science and food technology. It may be assumed that the intended influence on economic development will follow.
