Aluminium and manganese mobility in soil caused mainly by the acidification process, which makes these elements toxic in relation to plants. On the other hand, the presence of some immobilizing agents such as: organic matter and silicon may expresses in the decrease of aluminium and manganese mobility. The aim of the study was to estimate the aluminium and manganese toxicity in soil environment for two wheat cultivars under conditions of sodium humate and sodium silicate application. It was stated that the application of the immobilizing agents clearly influenced the content of manganese and aluminium mobile forms and differentiated content of these elements in dry matter of investigated plants
