Effect of diets intake including selected dairy products on values of lipid indices for rat blood serum

It was found that the the examined dairy products had content of total fat 30 and 40 percent. They also contain total protein from 6.3 to 9.6 percent and they are source of microelements, calcium, phosphorus, which are crucial for human nutrition. The inclusion of the examined dairy products in diets did not have hypocholesterolaemic and hypertriglyceridaemic influence on rat organisms. These products, which have a limited fat content, can be intended for spreading on bread and used for nutrition purpose e.g. as replacement for butter or margarine
