English. The choice of the most appropriate solution to an environmental problem should come out by observing which techniques were commonly used in the past in the same area. For that reason, a historical investigation into the techniques more frequently used in the past as slope stabilization is presented, in order to verify their present utilization and which modifications have been done on the technique related with new materials and equipments.
