The study assessed the total content and content of bioaccessible fraction of five PAHs representing three-ring hydrocarbons: fluorine, phennthrene and anthracene; and four-ring hydrocarbons: pyrene chrysene, along with a group of factors that might affect their bioaccessibility, including soil and compound properties, contaminant-soil contact time and level of soil contamination with PAHs.
