In this study, a total of 328 oat grown in the conditions of Central Anatolia between 2012 and 2016 were used. It was aimed to determine the relationship between grain yield and the examined technological properties. Grain yield (kg/da), thousand kernel weight (g), hectoliter (kg), protein content (%), fat content (%), beta glucan (%), acid detergent fiber (ADF) (%), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) (%), cellulose (%) of oat genotypes were determined. Correlations and regressions, which were found to be significant between grain yield and properties, examined. It was determined that the average grain yield of oat genotypes was 314.40 kg/da and the grain yield potential could be increased to 655 kg/da. Parallel to the increase in the grain yield, thousand kernel weight and beta glucan ratio were not affected, protein content, fat content, test weight, ADF amount decreased, NDF and cellulose content increased. The change intervals and average of examined properties; protein content 10.59-20.85 (15.02)%, fat content 3.23-8.09 (5.33)%, test weight 27.03-62.74 (44.83) kg, thousand kernel weight 13.55-43.22 (29.93) g, beta glucan 0.84-4.24 (2.84)%, ADF 8.52-25.43 (16.84)%, NDF 16.84-49.01 (31.91)%, cellulose 5.77-25.46 (12.82)% of oat genotypes were determined as.
