Today, the most well-known and grown grape, both in the world and in our country, has an important place in a healthy and balanced diet and can also be evaluated as versatile. Province; Although it is generally not economically suitable for viticulture, grapes are grown partially in Divriği, Gemerek, Gürün, Suşehri and Koyulhisar, and a large part of the obtained product is used as table. However, Divrigi and Gemerek are made in local products such as molasses, grape sorbet, tarhana in addition to fresh consumption, and very small quantities are offered for sale in local markets and are added to the family budget.
