The involvement of employees in innovation processes

Each human being has its own creative potential and each human being is resp. it can be creative but what level of creativity it achieves depends primarily on it and the impact of its surroundings. The aim of the paper is to analyze the relationship of the region of operation of the company within Slovakia to its focus on activities related to the involvement of all employees in innovation processes and to identify the overall change in their focus on this issue over time. In order to achieve the objective of the paper, several partial objectives were realized, namely a questionnaire survey, statistical evaluation of research hypotheses and evaluation of the overall change of analyzed attributes through the base and chain change index. Although the authors do not consider the current level of involvement of all employees in innovation processes resulting from research as sufficient, they positively evaluate the upward trend indicated by the results.
