The market of organic agricultural products in Russia: prospects and factors of development in the new reality | Рынок органической сельскохозяйственной продукции в России: перспективы и факторы развития в условиях новой реальности

English. The growth of production and consumption of organic agricultural products has become an obvious global trend. Despite the relatively small production numbers and the market share of such products, the development of so-called "organics" is widely discussed. The scale of production is expanding. It is scientifically important to determine the prospects for the development of this segment of the market in Russia. Economically developed countries occupy a leading place in the production of these products. The USA, EU, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and China play a decisive role in the global organic market. As for Russia, there is a great potential for organic agricultural product production, although it is currently not being realized practically. An analysis has shown that among the conditions that have the greatest impact on the production and consumption of organic products, it is necessary to highlight the level of income of the population, as well as the country's capabilities in terms of the development of the agricultural sector of the economy. The level of consumption of organic products is influenced by the degree of development of organic agricultural production itself. In this situation, the supply of organic products is expanding. An additional factor that will have a lasting impact is the current geopolitical situation, or the new reality. It will significantly limit the sales opportunities of Russian organic products. However, the potential for the production and consumption of organic products in Russia is high. For this, it is important to increase the income of the population and increase the share of land used for the production of these products in the total number of agricultural land. In the new reality, the export of these products may be aimed at China and other friendly countries.

Russian. Рост производства и потребления органической с.-х. продукции стал очевидной мировой тенденцией. Несмотря на относительно малые объемы производства и удельный вес подобной продукции, вопросы развития так называемой "органики" широко обсуждаются. Масштабы производства, хотя и медленно, но расширяются. Важно с научной точки зрения определить перспективы развития данного сегмента агропродовольственного рынка в России. Экономически развитые страны занимают в производстве данной продукции ведущее место. США, Европейский союз, Швейцария, Канада, Австралия и КНР играют определяющую роль на мировом органическом агропродовольственном рынке. Исходя из природных условий, большой потенциал производства органической с.-х. продукции имеется и в России, хотя в настоящее время он практически не реализуется. Анализ показал, что среди условий, оказывающих наибольшее влияние на производство и потребление органической продукции, следует выделить уровень доходов населения, а также возможности страны в части развития аграрного сектора экономики. На уровень потребления органической продукции влияет степень развитости самого органического с.-х. производства. При такой ситуации расширяется предложение органической продукции. Дополнительным фактором, который будет оказывать длительное воздействие, является текущая геополитическая ситуация, или новая реальность. Она будет существенно ограничивать возможности сбыта российской органической продукции. Однако потенциал производства и потребления органической продукции в России высок. Для этого важны увеличение доходов населения и повышение доли земель, используемых для производства данной продукции, в общем объеме с.-х. земель. В условиях новой реальности экспорт данной продукции может быть нацелен на КНР и другие дружественные страны.
