Genetic and physiological factors of adipose tissue formation in aberdeen-angus heifers and first-calf cows | Генетические и физиологические факторы формирования жировой ткани у тёлок и первотёлок абердин-ангусской породы

English. Lipogenesis in the mature beef herds is an inefficient process from energy and economic point of view, since a lot of feed energy is spent on the synthesis of adipose tissue. The aim of the research was to study the influence of the genotype by the leptin gene and pregnancy on the adipose tissue formation in Aberdeen-Angus heifers and first-calf cows. Heifers at the age of 24 months (n=49) and first-calf cows (n=30) were grouped according to their single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) LEP C528T and LEP C73T. Heterozygous heifers with the LEP528CT genotype had superiority in weight and yield of visceral fat by 1.22-2.48 kg and 0.15-0.18%. The maximum weight and yield of crude fat was found in heifers with the homozygous LEP 73CC genotype. Heterozygous heifers as to the studied polymorphisms of leptin gene had the leadership in terms of subcutaneous adipose tissue formation. A chemical analysis of slaughter products showed the superiority of LEP 528CT and LEP 73CT individuals in fat synthesis. Carriers of these genotypes were superior both in the amount of intramuscular fat by 0.09-0.15% and 0.25-0.26%, and in its share in minced meat by 1.47-1.69% and 0.10-0.68% of peers with homozygous genotypes, respectively. Pregnancy of animals had a more significant effect on adipose tissue formation. The first-calved cows had a significantly lower fat content in the carcasses relative to heifers of the same age.

Жирообразование у маточной части стада мясных пород является неэффективным процессом, с энергетической и экономической точки зрения, так как на синтез жировой ткани затрачивается много энергии корма. Цель исследований - изучение влияния генотипа по гену лептина и стельности на формирование жировой ткани у тёлок и первотёлок абердин-ангусской породы. Тёлок в возрасте 24 мес. (n=49) и первотёлок (n=30) распределяли по группам в соответствии с однонуклеотидными полиморфизмами (SNP) LEP C528T и LEP C73T. У гетерозиготных тёлок с генотипом LEP528CT установлено превосходство по массе и выходу внутреннего жира на 1,22-2,48 кг и 0,15-0,18%. Максимальная масса и выход жира-сырца был установлен у тёлок с гомозиготным генотипом LEP 73CC. По формированию подкожной жировой клетчатки лидерство было на стороне тёлок гетерозиготных по изучаемым полиморфизмам гена лептина. Химический анализ продуктов убоя показал превосходство особей LEP 528CT и LEP 73CT по синтезу жира. Носители этих генотипов превосходили как по количеству внутримышечного жира на 0,09-0,15% и 0,25-0,26%, так и по его доле в мясе-фарше на 1,47-1,69% и 0,10-0,68% сверстниц с гомозиготными генотипами соответственно. Стельность животных оказала более значительное влияние на формирование жировой ткани. Первотёлки отличались существенно меньшим содержанием жира в тушах относительно тёлок-сверстниц.
