Investigation of the effect of atmospheric pollution components of livestock premises on the moisture absorption of an anti-corrosion film | Исследование влияния компонентов загрязнения атмосферы животноводческих помещений на влагопоглощение противокоррозионной пленки

English. The purpose of the research is to determine the degree of impact of indoor air pollution reagents on the moisture absorption of the film of the anticorrosion coating of the livestock complexes (LSC) equipment. Coatings and parts of LSC equipment during operation are exposed to corrosive-aggressive components of indoor air pollution. Sample studies showed that the main ones are ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide. The most used method of protecting ferrous metal products from corrosion damage is the application of paint and varnish and anticorrosion compositions on the surface of products. The analysis shows that with a single impact of factors on the moisture absorption of the anti-corrosion film, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide have the greatest effect, which is probably due to their active permeability into the coating film. Hydrogen sulfide in combination with sulphurous anhydride increases the moisture capacity of the film. If carbon dioxide partially inhibits the penetration of moisture into the coating, then together with hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide it increases the moisture capacity of the coating film. According to the results of the study of the dependence of the moisture absorption of the plastisol mastic film on the corrosive ingredients of air pollution in the premises of the LSC and their combinations, it can be summarized that, compared with ammonia and carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide have a more aggressive effect on the protective film. The results of the multifactorial experiment indicate the diversity of the influence of the ingredients of air pollution in livestock buildings on the properties of the film of the anticorrosive composition, which is justified by their increased ability to penetrate into the structure of the film and cause underfilm corrosion on the surface of the substrate.

Цель исследований – определение степени воздействия реагентов, загрязняющих атмосферу помещений, на влагопоглощение пленки противокоррозионного покрытия, нанесенного на оборудование животноводческих комплексов (ЖВК). Покрытия и детали оборудования ЖВК в процессе эксплуатации подвержены воздействию коррозионно-агрессивных компонентов воздуха, основными из которых являются аммиак, сероводород, углекислый газ, сернистый ангидрид. Нанесение лакокрасочных и противокоррозионных композиций на поверхность изделий из черного металла - наиболее распространений способ их защиты от коррозии. Анализ показывает, что при одиночном воздействии факторов на влагопоглощение противокоррозионной пленки наибольшее влияние оказывают сероводород и сернистый ангидрид, что, вероятно, связано с их активной проницаемостью в пленку покрытия. Сероводород в сочетании с сернистым ангидридом способствует повышению влагоемкости пленки. Если углекислый газ частично тормозит проникновение влаги в покрытие, то совместно с сероводородом или сернистым ангидридом повышает влагоемкость пленки покрытия. По результатам исследования зависимости влагопоглощения пленки пластизольной мастики от коррозионно-активных ингредиентов загрязнения атмосферы воздуха помещений ЖВК и их сочетаний можно резюмировать, что по сравнению с аммиаком и углекислым газом сероводород и сернистый ангидрид оказывают более агрессивное влияние на защитную пленку. Результаты многофакторного эксперимента свидетельствуют о многообразии влияния ингредиентов загрязнения атмосферы воздуха ЖВК на свойства пленки противокоррозионного состава, что обосновывается их повышенной способностью проникать в структуру пленки и вызывать на поверхности подложки подпленочную коррозию.
