Scion-rootstock combinations of grapes for increasing adaptation potential in the summer period in the North-Western Ciscaucasia | Сорто-подвойные комбинации винограда как способ повышения адаптационного потенциала в летний период на территории Северо-Западного Предкавказья

English. Most of the widespread grape varieties belonging to the European species Vitis vinifera L. are not highly resistant to environmental stress factors. On the contrary, American species are characterized by immunity to many pathogenic organisms, and are also able to grow under the influence of various abiotic stresses. The use of variety-rootstock combinations, where resistant varieties of American grape species act as a rootstock, makes it possible to increase the production and adaptation potential of a more susceptible scion. There are presented the results of a three-year (2013-2015) study of the influence of variety-rootstock combinations of grapes on the resistance of grape plants to abiotic stress factors in the summer period in the conditions of the North-Western Ciscaucasia. Two varieties, 'Kishmish vengerskiy' and 'Kishmish luchistyi', were studied on rootstocks 'Ferkal' and 'Paulsen', as well as own-rooted plants. To assess the adaptive potential of grapes, the physiological and biochemical parameters of the leaves were analyzed: the water regime, chlorophyll content and the level of electrolyte output. The weather conditions were obtained from a stationary weather station in the grape growing zone. It has been found that the variety-rootstock combinations 'Kishmish vengerskiy' – 'Paulsen' and 'Kishmish luchistyi' –'Paulsen' are characterized by the highest values of the water and chlorophyll content in leaves. The weather conditions of the summer period during 3 years were characterized by the presence of extremely high air temperatures and insufficient amount of moisture compared to long-term averages. To such conditions, the grafted forms of varieties 'Kishmish luchistyy' and 'Kishmish vengerskiy' proved to be most adapted than own-rooted control plants. It has been concluded that it is expedient to use the 'Paulsen' rootstock for 'Kishmish luchistyy' and 'Kishmish vengerskiy' in the conditions of the North-Western Ciscaucasia in order to increase the adaptive potential of these varieties to the stress factors of the summer period.

Russian. Большинство широко распространенных сортов винограда, относящихся к европейскому виду Vitis vinifera L., не обладают высокой устойчивостью к стресс-факторам окружающей среды. Напротив, американские виды характеризуются невосприимчивостью ко многим патогенным организмам и способны развиваться при воздействии различных абиотических стрессов. Использование сорто-подвойных комбинаций, где в качестве подвоя выступают устойчивые сорта американских видов винограда, позволяет повысить продукционный и адаптационный потенциал более уязвимого привоя. Представлены результаты трехлетних (2013-2015 гг.) исследований влияния сорто-подвойных комбинаций винограда на устойчивость растений к абиотическим стрессовым факторам летнего периода в условиях Северо-Западного Предкавказья. Изучены 2 сорта (Кишмиш венгерский и Кишмиш лучистый на подвоях Феркаль и Паульсен), а также корнесобственные растения. Для оценки адаптационного потенциала винограда были проанализированы физиолого-биохимические параметры листьев: водный режим, содержание хлорофилла, уровень выхода электролитов. Погодные условия были получены со стационарной метеостанции в зоне произрастания винограда. Установлено, что сорто-подвойные комбинации Кишмиш венгерский – Паульсен и Кишмиш лучистый – Паульсен характеризуются наибольшими значениями общего содержания воды и хлорофилла в листьях. Погодные условия летнего периода на протяжении 3 лет отличались наличием экстремально высоких температур и недостаточным количеством увлажнения по сравнению с многолетними средними показателями. К таким условиям привитые формы сортов Кишмиш лучистый и Кишмиш венгерский оказались наиболее адаптированными, чем корнесобственные контрольные растения. Сделан вывод о целесообразности использования подвоя Паульсен для сортов Кишмиш венгерский и Кишмиш в условиях Северо-Западного Предкавказья с целью повышения адаптационного потенциала данных сортов к стрессовым факторам летнего периода.
