Cold pressed vegetable oils have rich nutritional composition, preserved aroma and high oil quality. There is cold pressed oils from different raw materials available on the market. These oils are highly valued and have a higher market price than refined oils. However, as with most products, sensory quality and properties are usually decisive factors in consumer’s choice. In this paper, the sensory properties of cold-pressed oils currently available on the market of the Republic of Serbia were observed, with the aim to present their sensory profiles and compare their sensory characteristics using adequate statistical analysis method.
