Biljno-hranidbeni kapacitet vinogradarskih tala centralne istre na lokalitetu Grimalda | Plant nutrient capacity of vineyard soils at Grimalda area of central Istria

Croatian. Vinova loza tijekom svog rasta oblikuje i razvija vegetativne i generativne organe. Za to su joj potrebna biljna hraniva u tlu koja se nalaze u zoni korijena. Biljna hraniva su tvari koje su neophodne za životni ciklus biljke. Svako hranivo ima svoju specifičnu fiziološku ulogu u biljnom metabolizmu. Pomoću vrlo složenih funkcija korijena, loza usvaja mineralna hraniva iz tla koja su otopljena u vodi. Za uspješan uzgoj vinove loze potrebno je istražiti uvjete koji vladaju u tlu kako bismo gnojidbom odnosno hranidbom održavali vinograd u povoljnim ekološkim uvjetima. Istraživanje je provedeno na vinogradu „Grimalda“ smještenom u središnjoj Istri, uz istoimeno mjesto Grimalda. Vinograd se na flišnim pobrđima tj. u djelu Istre nazvanom „Siva Istra“. Uzorci za analizu uzimani su prema prethodno određenim pravilima, da budu što reprezentativniji te da omoguće preciznu analizu. Analizirano tlo je na dubinama od 0-30 cm, i 30-60 cm. Svi prikupljeni uzorci obrađeni su za analizu nakon čega se pristupilo samoj analizi. Analiza je provedena u pedološkom laboratoriju Instituta za poljoprivredu i turizam u Poreču. Dobiveni rezultati bili su u skladu s očekivanjima s obzirom na lokaciju i podlogu na kojoj se vinograd nalazi. Uvidom u iste, vidljivo je da na lokaciji Grimalda treba provesti određene zahvate u svrhu poboljšanja svojstava tla, a oni su bitni za buduću proizvodnju. Zahvati koje treba provesti su sljedeći: unošenje dušika u tlo, povećanje organske tvari u tlu, meliorativna gnojidba s gnojivima na bazi fosfora i folijarnu ishranu na bazi željeza i cinka na izrazito karbonatnim tlima. Preporuka je da se nakon završetka vegetacije redovito provode analize tla kako bi se utvrdila učinkovitost i opravdanost preporučenih rješenja.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. During annual grow cycle the vines develop forms of vegetative and generative organs. For this it needs plant nutrients in the soil, which are located in the root zone. Plant nutrients are substances which are necessary for the life cycle of the plant. Each nutrient element has its own specific physiological role in plant metabolism. With the highly complex functions of roots, vines take mineral nutrients from the soil, which are dissolved in water. For the successful cultivation of vines is necessary to examine the conditions prevailing in the soil in order to fertilization and feeding our vineyard in favorable environmental conditions. The study was conducted at the vineyard “Grimalda” is located in the central part of Istria. Located on the flysch hillsides or in part of Istria called “Flish Istria”. The samples for analysis were taken according to predetermined rules, so as to be as representative as possible and to provide an accurate analysis. We analyzed the soil at depths of 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm. All collected samples were processed for analysis and gain access to the analysis. The analysis was conducted in the Soil laboratory, Institute of Agriculture and Tourism in Porec. The results were in line with expectations given the location and the surface on which the vineyard is situated. After examining the same, it is obvious that the location Grimalda should implement specific interventions in order to improve soil properties which are essential for future production. Procedures to be implemented are as follows: introduction of nitrogen in the soil, increase organic matter in the soil, ameliorative fertilization with fertilizers based on phosphorus and foliar nutrition, based on iron and zinc on highly calcareous soils. It is recommended to regularly carry out soil analysis after the end of the growing season, to determine the effectiveness and legitimacy of the recommended solutions.
