Rezultati istraživanja mjera zaštite krastavca u plastenicima od napada | The results of examination safeguard cucumbers in plastic hausis to attack sclerotinia sclerotiorum (lib.) de bary

Croatian. S obzirom da je za uspješnu proizvodnju krastavca u plastenicima potrebna visoka relativna vlažnost zraka, to je i dobar preduvjet za napad Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary. Ovaj parazit je vrlo često prisutan na krastavcima u plastenicima u Strumičkoj regiji. Najčešće se napad ovog parazita na krastavcu u plastenicima manifestira na plodovima. Vršenjem ispitivanja patogenosti 4 različita izolata prema krastavcu, patlidžanu, rajčici i paprici, utvrdili smo da je patogenost bila najizraženija na krastavcu a najmanja na patlidžanu. Ispitivanjem djelotvornosti kemijskih mjera zaštite u dvogodišnjem razdoblju s po 3 tretiranja utvrdili smo da su najbolje rezultate pokazali fungicidi Benlate s djelotvornošću u 2000. god. 91,42% i Enovit M u 2001. godini s djelotvornošću 86,04%. Dobar uspjeh u eliminaciji napada ovog parazita postignut je primjenom solarizacije tla, agrotehničkim i fitohigijenskim mjerama.

English. The distribution of the fungi S.sclerotiorum on cucumber in the plastic hauses in the Strumica area in the Republic of Macedonia,has been researched for a period of five years (1997-2001). Examined the sensibility on the plants :tomato,cucumber,eggplant and pepper,to S.sclerotiorum,we established that more sensible were cucumber and more resistant eggplant. Researching the mesaurment for protection aganist this fungi we athoweleged that the preventive fitohigienic and soil solarization ones are effective. The examination is done in 2000 and 2001 year in s. Bosilovo, Strumica region in plastic hausis with aim to control S.sclerotiorum. The most eficacions fungicide applied in this research were Benlate efficacy protection with S.sclerotiorum is 91,42% in 2000 and fungicide Enovit M efficacy 86,04% in 2001.
