Ensuring the required accuracy of the relative position of parts during assembly of the engine crank-ring mechanism | Обеспечение требуемой точности относительного положения деталей при сборке кривошипно-шатунного механизма двигателя

English. There are given methodological approaches to solving an urgent problem such as ensuring the required accuracy of the relative position of parts when assembling the crank-and-rod mechanism of diesel engines. The task of analytical modeling the technological operation of assembling and centering the piston of the crank-and-rod mechanism in the engine cylinder is reduced to a mathematical description of the appearance and change of piston distortions as a function of production errors in the relative position of the base surfaces of the parts that make up this mechanism, as well as the angle of rotation of the crankshaft. The studies were carried out in view of that the assembly accuracy of the crank-and-rod mechanism can be assessed by two complex parameters: the tilting of the piston comprising the total technological errors in the shape and relative position of the service surfaces of the engines, and the over-piston gap. A theoretical relationship has been obtained that makes it possible to unambiguously determine the change in the mounting gap between the cylinder liner and the piston as a function of the error in the mutual arrangement of the axes of the journal and pins of the crankshaft, as well as on its angle of rotation. A mathematical model of the technological assembly operation of piston centering in the cylinder has been developed, the implementation of which allow us unambiguously to solve the issues of the need, possibility, and ways to eliminate compensation for excessive spurious overlaps of the mounting gap between the piston and the cylinder liner. Calculations using the YAMZ-240 diesel engine as an example showed that, under the condition of limiting the non-assembly of the unit when the piston axis is shifted relative to the sleeve axis to the left and to the right to a probability value of 0.0227, disassembling the piston group using the interchangeability method is possible only if the misalignment of the axes of elementary cylinders of the piston and liner in the most remote section will not exceed 0.118 mm.

Russian. Приведены методические подходы к решению актуальной проблемы – обеспечению требуемой точности относительного положения деталей при сборке кривошипно-шатунного механизма дизельных двигателей. Задача аналитического моделирования технологической операции сборки и центровки поршня кривошипно-шатунного механизма в цилиндре двигателя сводится к математическому описанию появления и изменения перекосов поршня в функции от производственных погрешностей во взаимном расположении базовых поверхностей деталей, составляющих этот механизм, а также от угла поворота коленчатого вала. Исследования проведены с учетом того, что точность сборки кривошипно-шатунного механизма может быть оценена двумя комплексными параметрами: перекосом поршня, включающим в себя суммарные технологические погрешности формы и взаимного расположения служебных поверхностей двигателей, и надпоршневым зазором. Получена теоретическая зависимость, позволяющая однозначно определять изменение монтажного зазора между гильзой цилиндра и поршнем в функции от погрешности во взаимном расположении осей коренных шатунных шеек коленчатого вала, а также от его угла поворота. Разработана математическая модель технологической сборочной операции центровки поршня в цилиндре, реализация которой позволяет однозначно подходить к решению вопросов о необходимости, возможности, а также путях устранения компенсации чрезмерных паразитных перекрытий монтажного зазора между поршнем и гильзой цилиндра. Расчеты на примере дизельного двигателя ЯМЗ-240 показали, что при условии ограничения несобираемости узла при смещении оси поршня относительно оси гильзы влево и вправо значением вероятности, равным 0,0227, осуществление разборки поршневой группы по методу взаимозаменяемости возможно только в том случае, если несоосность осей элементарных цилиндров поршня и гильзы в наиболее удаленном сечении не будет превышать 0,118 мм.
