Apoyo en la formulación de la Agenda Ambiental del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental Municipal SIGAM de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca en los municipios de Yacopí, Pacho y Puerto Salgar | Support in the formulation of the Environmental Agenda of the Municipal Environmental Management System SIGAM of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca in the municipalities of Yacopí, Pacho and Puerto Salgar

Debido a la importancia de generar una gestión ambiental al interior de los municipios de la jurisdicción de la CAR Cundinamarca, en el siguiente proyecto se tiene la finalidad de realizar un apoyo en la formulación de la Agenda Ambiental de los municipios de Yacopí, Pacho y Puerto Salgar. Para el cumplimiento del desarrollo de la pasantía se estableció un plan de trabajo en el que se describieron las actividades a realizar durante los meses adentro de la CAR encaminadas a prestar asistencia técnica mediante la plataforma digital del SIGAM a los municipios, hacer un seguimiento constante a tres municipios concertados para el año 2018 en el proceso de construcción de la Agenda Ambiental principalmente en el perfil ambiental y brindar un apoyo al equipo del SIGAM en el cumplimiento del Plan de Acción Institucional 2016 – 2019. A lo largo del informe se explica cómo se desarrolló el trabajo de la pasantía en el área de DGOAT en la subdivisión del SIGAM durante un periodo de cinco meses, se ilustran los resultados obtenidos para cada uno de los municipios y su respectivo análisis, donde se enmarque la importancia de fortalecer esta rama de la CAR ya que le permite al territorio reconocer su espacio lo que este le ofrece y como conservarlo y de igual manera le permite a las diferentes divisiones de la CAR tomar la información obtenida de este proceso para su beneficio en los procesos a realizar.

Due to the importance of generating environmental management within the municipalities of the CAR-Cundinamarca jurisdiction, the following project aims to support the formulation of the Environmental Agenda of the municipalities of Yacopí, Pacho and Puerto Salgar. To fulfill the development of the internship, a work plan was established to describe the activities to do during through months in the CAR aimed at providing technical assistance though the SIGAM digital platform to the municipalities, to constantly do a monitor of the three municipalities arranged for the year 2018 in the construction process of the Environmental Agenda mainly in the environmental profile section and provide support to the SIGAM team in the fulfillment of the 2016-2019 Institutional Action Plan. Throughout the report it´s explained how the work of the internship was developed in the DGOAT area in the SIGAM subdivision during a period of five months, also the result obtained for each one of the three municipalities and their respective analysis are illustrated, framing the importance of strengthening this branch of the CAR because it allows the territory to recognize its space the things that it offers and how to conserve it, likewise it allows them to the different division of the corporation to take the information from this process for their own benefit in the processes to do.
