Apoyo al desarrollo de las actividades del plan de accion 2018 en lo relacionado con los programas de uso eficiente del agua y uso eficiente de la energía del plan institucional de gestión ambiental de la Contraloría de Bogotá D.C | Support to the development of activities of the 2018 action plan in relation to the efficient use of water and efficient use of energy programs of the environmental management institutional plan of the Comptroller of Bogotá D.C.

Teniendo en cuenta que la Contraloría de Bogotá es un ente que realiza la vigilancia y control de la ejecución de los recursos públicos del Distrito Capital y de acuerdo a la Constitución Política del 1991 que en su Artículo 79 establece que “Todas las personas tienen derecho a gozar de un ambiente sano. La ley garantizará la participación de la comunidad en las decisiones que puedan afectarlo. Es deber del Estado proteger la diversidad e integridad del ambiente, conservar las áreas de especial importancia ecológica y fomentar la educación para el logro de estos fines.” según se ha citado, la entidad en cumplimiento de las normas y el del Plan Institucional de Gestión Ambiental –PIGA–, encamina sus esfuerzos hacia el alcance de metas y objetivos a la prevención de contaminar, mitigar, y corregir los impactos ambientales negativos generados en el desarrollo de las actividades cotidianas de la entidad, teniendo en cuenta la importancia del fortalecimiento de los impactos positivos. Para el cumplimiento de dichas metas y del uso eficiente de los recursos, fue necesario desarrollar las actividades establecidas por el PIGA para los programas de “Uso Eficiente del Agua” y “Uso Eficiente de la Energía” y de esta manera analizar la gestión que está realizando el PIGA y los resultados que se han obtenido últimamente en el desarrollo de sus actividades. De acuerdo con lo anterior, el apoyo que se prestó en la entidad se encuentra dirigido principalmente al apoyo del desarrollo de las actividades como tecnólogos en gestión ambiental y servicios públicos, en la evaluación y seguimiento a los Programas Uso Eficiente y ahorro del Agua y Uso Eficiente y ahorro de la Energía para la realización de los informes correspondientes a la auditoria anual realizada por la Secretaria Distrital de Medio Ambiente en la Contraloría de Bogotá D.C.

In accordance with the above, the support provided in the entity is mainly aimed at supporting the development of activities such as technologists in environmental management and public services, in the evaluation and monitoring of the Efficient Use and Savings of Water and Use Programs.
