Propuesta de directrices para el cumplimiento legal vigente en el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo por parte del grupo interno de trabajo (GIT) de Geodesia | Proposal of guidelines for current legal compliance in the occupational health and safety management system by the internal work group (GIT) of Geodesia

De acuerdo a los requerimientos legales y los lineamientos establecidos para la Gestión en la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC), se establece este presente trabajo de monografía PROPUESTA DE DIRECTRICES PARA EL CUMPLIMIENTO LEGAL VIGENTE EN EL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO POR PARTE DEL GRUPO INTERNO DE TRABAJO (GIT) DE GEODESIA, el cual se encarga de cumplir con la políticas del Sistema de referencia Geocéntrico para las Américas –SIRGAS; y a su vez pretende dar cumplimiento a las responsabilidades asociadas al cumplimiento de la Política del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, “articulo 6. Responsabilidad. Los roles y las responsabilidades asociados al cumplimiento de la Política de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, se identifican así: 3. Comité Paritario de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Revisión de la Política de administración integral del riesgo, para presentación a la dirección General para su aprobación.” (IGAC, Resolución 475, 2016); por lo que se crea la necesidad de generar directrices para el cumplimiento del SG-SST al GIT de Geodesia, con el propósito de mejorar y verificar las inconsistencias presentadas en campo, así como observaciones presentadas por la investigación generada a través de este trabajo de monografía, donde el GIT de Geodesia, se verá beneficiado, ya que al identificar puntualmente las anomalías presentadas se podrá dar cumplimiento más oportuno y eficaz para así lograr fortalecer las actividades que se desempeñan en campo y oficina, obteniendo como resultado la organización al interior del GIT, respecto al cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, a través de lineamientos que generaran acciones de prevención, mitigación de posibles incidentes, accidentes y/o enfermedades laborales, logrando así la protección del bienestar social, mental y físico de todo el personal.
