Durante los últimos 30 años la importancia de los mecanismos virtuales de información han tomado gran fuerza, por esta razón se hace necesaria la creación de una página web que muestre la trayectoria de la red de investigaciones BACATÁ – IT y el contenido desarrollado a través del tiempo por la misma, alimentando a su vez, el deseo de los estudiantes por la apropiación de los espacios de investigación en la universidad, mostrando el compromiso social que tiene esta y la importancia que tiene el territorio en diferentes áreas de la investigación. Es por esto, por lo que a través del presente trabajo se da apoyo al desarrollo, organización y sistematización de información necesaria para la estructuración de la página web, la cual permitirá divulgar entre otros, todos los procesos investigativos que hasta la fecha se han realizado, aportando con esto al mejoramiento continuo de la red.
