Влияние земельной ренты на эффективность производства сельскохозяйственной продукции | Influence of land rent on production efficiency agricultural products

The article presents the results of studies of the relationship between the value of land rent and the efficiency of production in agricultural organizations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus located in various regions. The main mechanisms that determine this relationship are identified, including pricing, taxation and appropriation of rental income. The results of the production activity of economic entities with different levels of differential income are studied. The results of the study confirm the relationship between the value of the differential ground rent and the efficiency indicators of the production activities of agricultural organizations in various regions of the state. It has also been established that in the Republic of Belarus, as in other countries of the world, despite the various socio-economic conditions of management, there are objective factors for the formation of ground rent in the agricultural sector: the presence of a limited number of soils with high productivity, a significant heterogeneity of land in agricultural circulation, and intensification of production. This contributes to the formation of differential ground rent. / Представлены результаты исследования взаимосвязи величины земельной ренты и эффективности производства продукции в сельскохозяйственных организациях Министерства сельского хозяйства и продовольствия Республики Беларусь, расположенных в различных регионах страны. Определены основные механизмы, обусловливающие данную связь, включая ценообразование, налогообложение и присвоение рентного дохода. Изучены результаты производственной деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов с разным уровнем дифференциального дохода. Результаты исследования подтверждают взаимосвязь между величиной дифференциальной земельной ренты и показателями эффективности производственной деятельности сельскохозяйственных организаций в различных регионах государства. Также установлено, что в Республике Беларусь, как и в других странах мира, несмотря на различные социально-экономические условия хозяйствования, в аграрной сфере существуют объективные факторы образования земельной ренты: наличие ограниченного количества почв с высокой продуктивностью, значительная разнокачественность земель, находящихся в сельхозобороте, и интенсификация производства. Это способствует формированию дифференциальной земельной ренты.
