The article considers the role of risk management in ensuring the sustainable functioning of the agroindustrial complex in modern conditions. The key risks in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Belarus for 2012-2021 are identified, their features and the results of their occurrence are described. A review of the effectiveness of the response of the state agrarian policy to the identified situations was carried out, recommendations were given for its improvement. It has been determined that an important feature of the domestic risk management system in agriculture is its continuous transformation in the direction of increasing the speed and efficiency of taking antirisk measures, using economically sound tools and minimization methods, and introducing modern methods for predicting challenges, dangers and threats. / Рассмотрена роль управления рисками в обеспечении устойчивого функционирования АПК в современных условиях. Идентифицированы ключевые риски в аграрной отрасли Республики Беларусь за 2012-2021 гг., описаны их особенности и результаты наступления. Проведен обзор эффективности реагирования государственной аграрной политики на выявленные ситуации, даны рекомендации по ее совершенствованию. Определено, что важным свойством отечественной системы рискменеджмента в сельском хозяйстве является ее непрерывная трансформация в направлении повышения скорости и эффективности принятия антирисковых мер, использования экономически обоснованных инструментов и методов минимизации, внедрения современных методик прогнозирования вызовов, опасностей и угроз.
