The article presents clinical studies on the development of the dose and scheme for the use of an experimental sample of the antiparasitic drug "Polycox" to young lambs with coccidiosis. The drug "Polycox" showed significant therapeutic efficacy (100%) at a dose of 150 mg/kg body weight once a day for 3 consecutive days. Significant positive changes in the T- and B-systems of cellular immunity due to the action of the complex preparation were revealed. It has been established that after the application of polycox, the allergization of the animal's body decreases – the level of leukocytes, including eosinophils, normalizes. / В статье представлены клинические исследования по отработке дозы и схемы применения экспериментального образца противопаразитарного препарата «Поликокс» ягнятам раннего возраста при кокцидиозах. Препарат «Поликокс» показал значимую терапевтическую эффективность (100%) в дозе 150 мг/кг живой массы один раз в сутки в течение 3 дней подряд. Выявлены существенные положительные сдвиги в Т- и В-системах клеточного иммунитета, обусловленные действием комплексного препарата. Установлено, что после применения поликокса происходит снижение аллергизации организма животного – нормализуется уровень лейкоцитов, в то числе эозинофилов.
