The aim of the study was to establish the repellent and acaricidal efficacy of the substance ethyl butylacetylaminopropionate (IR 3535) in laboratory conditions on ixodid ticks. Laboratory studies of the substance ethyl butylacetylaminopropionate (IR 3535) are presented. Compositions with the active substance (AI) at concentrations of 15, 20, 30 and 50% were designed, the acarorepellent activity of which was tested in laboratory conditions on live ixodid ticks. In the experiments, it was found that samples with an AI concentration of 30 and 50% have sufficient repellent efficiency and their CODE is 90.0 and 93.3%. / Цель исследования – установить реппелентную и акарицидную эффективность субстанции этил бутилацетиламинопропионата (IR 3535) в лабораторных условиях на иксодовых клещах. Представлены лабораторные исследования субстанции этилбутилацетиламинопропионат (IR 3535). Сконструированы композиции с действующим веществом (ДВ) в концентрациях 15, 20, 30 и 50%, акарорепеллентная активность которых испытана в лабораторных условиях на живых иксодовых клещах. В опытах установлено, что образцы с концентрацией ДВ 30 и 50% обладают достаточной репеллентной эффективностью и их КОД составляет 90,0 и 93,3%.
