Treatment of cows with purulent-necrotic diseases remains one of the most difficult tasks for veterinary medicine. Very often, traditional methods of treatment become ineffective. This forces us to look for new, effective and environmentally friendly methods of therapy of purulent-necrotic diseases. As a result of the conducted research, we have proved that the veterinary drug «Mastovet» in the complex treatment of cattle is one of the most promising solutions to the problem of purulent-necrotic pathology. To study the therapeutic effectiveness of the veterinary drug «Mastovet», orthopedic medical examination and assessment of hematological parameters were carried out. / Лечение коров с гнойно-некротическими заболеваниями остается одной из самых сложных задач для ветеринарии. Очень часто традиционные методы лечения становятся неэффективными. Это заставляет нас искать новые, эффективные и экологически чистые методы терапии гнойно-некротических заболеваний. В результате проведенных исследований мы доказали, что ветеринарный препарат «Мастовет» в комплексном лечении крупного рогатого скота является одним из наиболее перспективных решений проблемы гнойно-некротической патологии. Для изучения терапевтической эффективности ветеринарного препарата «Мастовет» была проведена ортопедическая диспансеризация и оценка гематологических показателей.
