Characteristics of Shoots, Young and Mature Leaves of Grape Varieties of the Guclukonak District of Şırnak Region

This study was commonly conducted to define in regard to international forms the ampelographic properties of the local grape cultivars grown in Güçlükonak district of Şırnak province in 2019 and 2020. In the study, the shoot features of the varieties, young/ripe leaf properties, evaluation forms of grape varieties and the brine of leaves were determined. At the end of the study, the shoot and young/ripe leaf qualities show the variations, even in the same vine; Although the leaves of the leaves belonging to the leaves of Tayfi, Sinciri and Gozane grape varieties are suitable for the production of brine, Kerküş, Bahdo and Gewre leaves are not appropriate; It has been determined that Bılbızeki and Sinciri grape varieties are used for table grape and drying, Kerküş’s must grape and drying, Bahdo's table grape and drying, Tayfi, Gewre and Gozane are used for fresh consumption.
