Seasonal dynamics of Heliothis armigera Hbn. population and biological methods of decreasing its number | [Сезонная динамика популяции Heliothis Armigera Hbn. и биологические методы уменьшения ее численности]

The aim of the researches consists in the optimization of the methods aimed at decreasing the density of the population of Heliothis armigera in soybean (Glycine max) crops by the consecutive use of pheromonal traps and of entomophages Trichogramma evanescens and Bracon hebetor resulting from the spatial distribution of different ontogenetic stages. it was proven that the most active seasonal development period of H. armigera population is closely connected to the phenological development stages of soy crops. The analysis of the developed maps proved that the density of H. armigera population gets considerably increased by generations. Thus, if the first generation shows a low density and the foci are not well-determined, the second and third generation has a considerably increased density and imago spreading foci are clearly noticeable. It was proven that, due to the consecutive use of the mass capturing method of males, the launching of the entomophage Trichogramma evanescens and of the entomophage Bracon hebetor allowed decreasing the infestation of soy plants with the insect Heliothis armigera up to 3%, compared to the 44% of infestation in the reference variant. / Цель исследований заключается в оптимизации методов снижения плотности популяции Heliothis Armigera в посевах сои (Glycine max) путем последовательного использования феромональных ловушек и энтомофагов Trichogramma evanescens и Bracon hebetor в результате пространственного распределения различных стадий онтогенеза. Доказано, что наиболее активный сезонный период развития популяции H.armigera тесно связан с фенологическими стадиями развития посевов сои. Анализ разработанных карт показал, что плотность популяции H. Armigera значительно увеличивается по поколениям. Таким образом, если первое поколение имеет низкую плотность и очаги нечетко выражены, то второе и третье поколения имеют значительно повышенную плотность и отчетливо заметны очаги распространения имаго. Доказано, что за счет последовательного использования метода массового отлова самцов запуск энтомофага Trichogramma evanescens и энтомофага Bracon hebetor позволил снизить зараженность растений сои насекомым Heliothis Armigera до 3% по сравнению с 44% зараженности в эталонном варианте.
