Результаты селекции огурца открытого и защищенного грунта в Республике Беларусь | The results of cucumber selective breeding on open and protected ground in the Republic of Belarus

The article presents the research results on the cucumber selective breeding on open and protected ground, as well as the varieties and hybrids which are included in the National Register of varieties and hard-shrub species of the Republic of Belarus. The studies were carried out in the open field and film greenhouses of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Institute for Vegetable Growing". In the open field, cucumber plants were grown in a vegetable crop rotation on is sod-podzolic light loamy soil. Thus, as a result of many years of research on cucumber breeding, 11 varieties and hybrids of domestic breeding for open ground and 2 hybrids for film greenhouses were created. The listed varieties and hybrids were tested in the agro-climatic conditions of the Republic of Belarus. They are resistant to a complex of diseases, have high technological and biochemical parameters, are suitable for fresh use and are recommended for pickling and pickling. On the day of the created varieties and hybrids of cucumber, the issues of primary seed production and the technology for obtaining elite and reproductive seeds were developed. / Представлены результаты исследований селекции огурца открытого и защищенного грунта и приведены сорта и гибриды, включенные в Государственный реестр сортов и древесно-кустарниковых пород Республики Беларусь. Исследования проводили в открытом грунте и пленочных теплицах РУП «Институт овощеводства». В открытом грунте растения огурца выращивали в овощном севообороте. Почва дерново-подзолистая легкосуглинистая. Таким образом, в результате многолетних исследований по селекции огурца создано 11 сортов и гибридов отечественной селекции для открытого грунта и 2 гибрида для пленочных теплиц. Перечисленные сорта и гибриды Беларусь прошли проверку в агроклиматических условиях республики. Они обладают устойчивостью к комплексу болезней, имеют высокие технолого-биохимические показатели, пригодны для использования в свежем виде и рекомендуются для маринования и засола. Дня созданных сортов и гибридов огурца разработаны вопросы первичного семеноводства и технология получения элитных и репродукционных семян.
