Today, great importance is attached to the use of products enriched with biologically active substances of plant origin in food tenology. A promising product of plant origin with these characteristics is the unabi fruit - a leafy tree that grows in many subtropical regions of the world, including the Republic of Moldova. The unabi fruit contains sugar, organic acids, tannin, protein subtances, pectin, iron, iodine and others, which makes it suitable for use in the production of foods with high nutritional value.
