Extract: The general objective of this study was to gain more precise knowledge of changes in rural land values and to identify important factors affecting rural real estate values; more specifically: 1. to ascertain changes in market activity from a previous period. 2. to identify separate land values for specific land uses. 3. to relate land values to general soil type. 4. to relate land values to access roads, road frontage, and distance from urban centers.
