Are you what you eat?
1978
Bialick, Stephanie
A relationship exists between what people eat and how they behave, but pinpointing these relationships awaits further research. Examples show that through the ages people have believed that certain foods build character and change personality. Behavioral reactions to certain foods and food additives, and findings related to orthomolecular medicine, hypoglycemia, and the relationship between food additives and hyperactivity in children are examined. The comments of a professor of nutrition, a food scientist, and a nutritionist follow the discussion of each topic.
