A thirty five question quiz covering a wide variety of nutrition related subjects is presented along with the correct answers and some brief explanations of the facts. Many of the subjects have been discussed in the column over the past 12 months. Questions about proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, foods in general, and food safety are asked. The author feels that the readers will be pleased to find out how much they do know.
