Rats were procured from Pasteur institute, Tunis, Tunisia. Animal experimentation was carried out in the Laboratory of Experimental Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis and this scientific work was funded by the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research which directly finances associated research laboratories.
