Relevant health and nutrition education
1977
Greaves, J.P. | Donoss, G.
The need for relevant nutrition education is emphasized. The article is mainly concerned with rural India and the slums of big cities, but its general content is applicable to most developing countries. Nutrition education should be aimed to effect change in attitude and behavior in areas known to be crucial to the development of malnutrition in the context in which it occurs. Six messages having universal validity and justifications for them are stated and illustrated with photographs.
