Flowability of soybean meal from a round model hopper bin was tested with the same set-up used by Wang (1994). Storage temperature, moisture content, and particle size had considerable effect on flowability. Reducing the bin depth and adding 1% by weight of FLO-FRE-GA and 2% by weight of sawdust significantly improved the flowability of soybean meal stored in a round model hopper bin.
