A pot trial conducted to evaluate the efficacy of talc based formulation of Paeciliomyces lilacinus, Pochonia chlamydosporia and Trichoderma viride as soil application against reniform nematode, Rotylenchulus reniformis on okra under cage house conditions. The maximum length and weight of shoot and root were observed with soil application of talc-formulations @ 4.5 g/kg soil. The nematode multiplication was significantly reduced with soil application of talc formulations @ 3g and 4.5g/kg soil. The highest per cent reduction in number of females, egg masses/plant and eggs & larvae/egg mass was 57.21, 46.25 and 68.53 respectively with soil application of talc formulations @ 4.5g/kg soil when compared with control (nematode alone)
